Bumblebee buzzing again after ESTAS win

Bumblebee Property have won the ‘Best in NW9’ category at this year’s ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2024. The Awards is the largest annual event for the UK residential property industry.

The win comes at an exciting time for Bumblebee Property who have hit a major milestone in their six-year journey, announcing the first sale completion on one of their homes. This demonstrates Bumblebee Property’s commitment to excellence and person-centred care.

Bhavesh Patel, Business Development Manager for Bumblebee Property explains “We are absolutely thrilled with this win. Bumblebee launched its residential sales service exactly a year ago in May 2023 offering services to landlords, first time buyers and homeowners alike. Despite significant challenges in the market with fewer properties becoming available and increased mortgage rates we secured several instructions and finally completed our first sale in March with several more in the pipeline.

Moving forward we are developing a new business plan with a view to increasing our focus on sales in the HA8 and NW9 postcode areas, building upon our continued growth in these locations, supported by our recent ESTAS awards win as best agent in the NW9 area”.
